Local pickups have been completed. If you'd still like to pick up your order in person contact support@mech.land

Fulfillment order

Orders will be fulfilled in an order that's the most efficient to pack, process and ship. They will not necessarily be fulfilled chronologically.

It is not possible to provide individual order status updates over email. If you require your order to ship out urgently or to be delayed, please contact support.

Jan 17, 2022	Sever winter storm in the GTA with up to 2 feet of snow. No orders shipped out today. Shipment partners are closed as well.
Jan 13, 2022	Mats scheduled to start shipping out this weekend. Local pickup scheduled.

Dec 20, 2021	Kanagawa deskmats have finally arrived! They arrived over the weekend and will start shipping out after the holidays.
Dec 13, 2021	Delivery from warehouse to Mech.land is arranged for later this week.

December 7, 2021	Replacement Charcoal mats arrived. Original shipment not yet released. All customers will receive the replacement charcoal mat, unless the misprint was also requested through the form.
November 29, 2021	Mats still have not arrived in Toronto. The shipper gave an ETA of December 1st when the mats would be at the Toronto warehouse.

November 2, 2021	Kanagawa mats are finally on the way to Toronto. The shipping company will contact when they're ready to deliver to Mech.land
October 25, 2021	Kanagawa mats are not on the way to Toronto. They are awaiting customs clearance in Montreal. We are waiting to hear back from the shipping company. Zion Studios says the replacements have been shipped. We are waiting for confirmation.
