The Tech
Magnetic switches
Activation of a key in a traditional mechanical keyboards requires pressing the switch and reaching the actuation point.
In contrast, magnetic switches operate through a bottom Hall sensor and an upper magnet. When a key is pressed, changes in the distance within the sensing magnetic field lead to a fluctuation in current. Activation is determined by evaluating the strength of the induced current.
Adjustable activation point
Since activation is registered by comparing the strength of the induced current to a set value, this value can be changed in the app to adjust the actuation point in real time.
Adjustable activation point for each switch from 0.1mm to 4.0mm in 0.1mm steps
You can register keypresses far quicker than what is physically allowed in traditional mechanical switches.
Rapid Trigger
Utilizing the unique traits of magnetic switches, key activation and reset are determined by the distance traveled rather than fixed points. This precision enables keys to activate upon pressing and reset upon release, facilitating seamless consecutive key presses. This capability empowers you to swiftly execute a series of actions during gaming.

THE KEYCAPS
Wuque Studio, Mech.land and many others across the world have spent 18 months debating over even the most minute details on a double-shot PBT mould. The goal was to fix and improve upon the slight imperfections seen in the popular double-shot keycaps in the market and this goal was achieved in 2022.
Boog75 comes with ultra premium WS Double-shot PBT keycaps. They are very different from the dye-sub keycaps commonly found in assembled keyboards.
If you've purchased WS Kraken, WS Orchid Strings, WS Stellar, WS Basic Red, WS Basic Yellow then you're familiar with the quality of WS Double-shot keycaps.
