If you need to email us, always send the  email from the email address associated with your account here at Mech.land. We will not be able to assist you if the email comes from another email address.
Whenever you email us regarding an issue a support ticket will be created and you will receive an email confirming that your request has been received.
For time sensitive requests, such as cancelling a group buy order before group buy ends, we will honor your request as long as it was sent in before the deadline.
Update shipping address
Please follow these instructions to update the shipping address of an existing order that hasn't shipped yet:

1. Add the new address to your profile here
2. Send us an email to help@mech.land with your order number(s) and the Address Line 1 of your new address.

We will make the change before your order ships out. You will get an email confirming that your request has been received, and you will get another email when the change has been made.
Order status update
Orders with only in-stock items ship out within 1-3 business days. They usually ship within 24 hours but sometimes it takes a bit longer depending on our order fulfillment volume.

Group buy fulfillment time can vary between days to weeks depending on the size of the group buy and the availability of our staff.

Group buy / pre-order updates and fulfillment status can be found in the status update page.

It'll not be possible to reply to group buy or fulfillment status requests individually. Most of the time we do not have any newer information than what's stated in the updates page.
Shipment tracking / delivery issues
Tracking says delivered but you haven't received it
If the tracking page says delivered but you have not received the item, or if the item was delivered to the wrong address then please immediately send an email to help@mech.land. Please include your order number.

Delays / lack of tracking updates
We generate the tracking information before packing orders. For in-stock orders, you can expect the order to be dropped off within 24 hours of receiving tracking information. Group buy orders can often take between 1-5 days between the time you receive a tracking number and the package is dropped off at the shipper.

All USPS, FedEx and some UPS shipments are shipped through Stallion Express. Those tracking numbers do not activate until they're received by the facility in New York. There's usually a 24-36 hour window between the time we drop off the package in Toronto and they're scanned in New York.

Canada Post Economy and USPS Economy methods are transported by Stallion Express and handed over to Canada Post / USPS at a sorting center close to your city. For that reason you will not see any updates on Canada Post / USPS site for days until the sorting center receives the package. It's also not uncommon for tracking to not update for a few days when it's going from the east coast to the west.

Use the tracking link you've received from us via an email to track Canada Post Economy and USPS Economy shipments as they'll have more details.

If you've waited at least a week and still suspect that the package might be stuck / lost, please send an email to help@mech.land and include your order number in the email.

Modify an order

Any orders with only in-stock items can be modified to add / remove items until the order is shipped.

Any group buy order can be modified to add / remove items until the group buy period ends.

Please send us an email to help@mech.land if your order meets any of the above criteria. Please include your order number and describe the changes you'd like to make.

Note: Group buy / pre-orders cannot be modified once the group buy / pre-order period ends because those items are made to order.

Cancel / return an order

Cancel an order
Any orders with only in-stock items can be cancelled until the order is shipped.

Any group buy order can be cancelled until the group buy period ends.

Send us an email to help@mech.land if your order meets any of the above criteria. Include your order number. Your refund will be sent to the original method of payment.

Please keep in mind 4% of the total will not be refunded as this is the fee we do not get back in case of a refund.

The above policies do not apply to Aurora x Winter Breath or ePBT Winter Breath group buy orders. Those can be cancelled and refunded in full. ePBT Winter Breath keycap orders must be cancelled before they ship.

Note: Group buy / pre-orders cannot be cancelled once the group buy / pre-order period ends because those items are made to order. It's not possible to modify our overall order once we place place it with the manufacturer, which typically happens right after the group buy / pre-order period ends.

In rare cases we may be able to make an exception and cancel and refund your group buy / pre-order even after the ordering period ends. Please keep in mind up to 20% of the total may be withheld as penalty.
Return an order
Unfortunately we do not accept returns, unless otherwise stated. All sales are final unless otherwise stated.

If you've gotten a defective item we will exchange it for a fully working one.
Missing / wrong / damaged items in order
Please send us an email to help@mech.land if your order is missing any items listed in the packing sheet, contains the wrong item or if something arrived broken or damaged.

Please include your order number in the email. Also include photos of the item(s) of concern, showcasing the extent of the damage, if applicable.

We will make it right as soon as possible.
Defective items in order
Please send us an email to help@mech.land if any of the items you received appears to be defective. Please include your order number in the email.

If it's a PCB please include screenshot of a VIA keytest, if applicable. Include any photos or videos that you may think would be useful to us.
