Processing delays at shipping provider
It's peak holiday season and Stallion Express, our third party shipping provider for Courier Economy (Uniuni, Fleet Optics) & USPS shipments is facing processing delays due to an increase in the volume of shipments.
All of in stock orders placed by Friday, Dec 6, for which a tracking number was sent to the customer have all been dropped off at Stallion. Many of those orders are still not showing a tracking update due to the backlog. We'll share another update as soon as we have one.
We're very sorry for the inconvenience. Those orders should still arrive to customers long before Christmas.
Because of the ongoing strike, all Canada Post Expedited and Xpresspost shipments will be upgraded to Purolator and UPS counterparts. Those services are not affected by any delay.
