Shipping Insurance
Pleaes consider route shipping insurance for your order, especially if it contains high value items. Our shipping insurance covers the package until tracking status changes to "Delivered". In the worst case scenario we'll try our best to help you locate the package, but without Route we're not able to send replacements for lost / stolen packages after tracking status changes to "Delivered". Not applicable for local pickup orders.
