Canada Post shipping methods restored but you can expect delays
CUPW has moved to a rotating strike starting October 13. Different locations are shut down on each day which affects mail and parcel transiting through / served by those locations.
We've restored all Canada Post shipping methods, including Lettermail and the sub $5 small package flat rate within the Greater Toronto Area.
However, due to the backlog accumulated over the past 2 weeks and the continued rotating strike, your packages may take longer than the ETA provided during checkout.
Since the tariffs came into effect in May, 2025, our shipments to USA have been clearing customs under PAPS and not de minimis. As such, the recent ending of de minimis has no effect on our operations.
We ship all of our US orders via DDP (Delivered Duty Free), so you won't have to process any paperwork or pay any extra upon delivery. More details in the link.
