GB Policy

• There is a household limit on the Ikki68 Aurora. Anyone ordering over the limit will have the extra units cancelled and refunded, minus a 3% processing fee. The limits are:
• 1x Aurora x Mizu 
• 2x Charcoal
• 2x Mint 
• There will be no order combinations. Please place only one order.
• There will be a 3% fee on order cancellations and refunds, as outlined in the Refund Policy.

Shipping Policy

• Mech.land will limit the sales of Aurora to Canada, US, France, Germany, Ireland, Netherlands, United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand only.
• Auroras shipped within Canada will be shipped via Canada Post or UPS, whichever one is cheaper. 
• Auroras shipped to USA will be shipped via USPS or UPS, whichever one is cheaper. Usually USPS just for destinations in the East Coast only.
• International customers are responsible for their own import duty and taxes. 
• The rates offered are for just averages. Should extra charges be incurred during shipping, due to remoteness of a location or any other factor, the customer will be billed to make up for the difference.
• Similarly if the actual cost of shipping ends up being significantly cheaper than what the customer paid, a partial refund will be issued.
